I'm back on weight watchers and want to know if anyone has baked using a sweetener instead of brown sugar?

I bake with honey a lot, and also with agave nectar which is a natural sweetner (our tescos does it and its quite a small supermarket so I expect most of them stock it). The agave is great, but I am not sure what it is like in terms of calories.
