Recipe Urgently needed! Has anyone got Mich Turner's Fantastic Party Cakes book?

My own copy has managed to disappear somewhere into the pit of clutter that is my house and I need to make the Lime & Coconut cake this weekend - pretty please, if anyone has this book , please could they post up the recipe?

Thanks Taffetacat, sorry for not coming back sooner.

I already have the Delia recipe so I did make that version - it is lovely, but the Mich Turner one is a bit more 'robust' to take a fondant icing, so I couldn't do exactly what I was planning (mini cakes for a party) - lord knows where my copy's disappeared to!
