Give me your best curry sauces to make in bulk and freeze.. (please).
I am a big fan of Jamie's favourite curry sauce and a fantastic chicken korma from Gordon Ramsay (and oh so easy!) but fancy a change. Not toooo spicy, but one that can go with any meat/fish/prawns as takes our fancy... I have a reasonable range of the raw ingredients, and willing to get others as required. Just looking for a bit of variety from the others we've done en masse before.
