Best way to store muffins?

I want to have some home-made muffins ready for Saturday - but I wasn't sure that if I made them tonight that they'd keep OK.

Is it OK to freeze them, and then defrost them on Saturday morning, or will this make them inedible?

I freeze muffins and plain cakes and they are fine IMO.

Will give it a go then :)

Plastic tubs with lids if day or two otherwise freeze them, and get them out that morning to defrost

The best place to store them is in your tummy. Grin

Airtight container for a couple of days is fine, otherwise freeze them.

if you're short of containers, i will happily and selflessly offer my own belly as storage!
