And got a good recipe.
I have googled one which looks feasible and has pictures and is not in cups so will try that tomorrow failing any fab fail safe recipes from MN.
I particularly have a craving for almond and specifically marzipan.

All my butter dough including croissants turn out greasy, so if this recipe works please post!

Have been pondering trying Nigella's ones in domestic goddess that use a food processor. She has an almond one in there. Can post if you need it.

I am going to try the cinnamon buns this weekend. I love autumn. Grin

I have made Nigellas cinnamon ones and they worked well. They are more doughy than I am wanting though.

Will report back when and if I make these other ones.

I have made Nigella's danish pastries and her cinnamon buns.

Both are lovely, the cinnamon buns are easier to make, though. I cut them thinner so each one is not so huge.

Mmmm. might try this weekend. Have beetroot cake in oven atm.

I am in the process of making the danish from the net and it's not something to take on lightly.
I have made the dough, chilled it for 30 mins, rolled and spread it with butter, chilled again, rolled out one way, chilled, rolled the other way, chilled again and am waiting to undertake the final two rollings before leaving it to chill overnight.
Those Danes/Viennese were dedicated!

I do hope they are good! Do report back, please!

Hmmmmm. Taste nice and are light but not as flaky as all that rolling and folding would have suggested.
I think I will stick to Nigella'a all in one method.
Name changed btw
