What can you make with crab apples?

I've got loads in the garden, and hate to see anything that can be used go to waste. Can you make anything apart from crab apple jelly or CA chutney? And if you can't has anyone got a nice tried and tested chutney recipe?

Ive heard of crab apple wine but not tasted it, try a google search

Crab apple and hot pepper jelly, crab apple vodka, crab apple jam. You can also use them in apple pies or anywhere else that you would use cooking apples.

Thank you everyone - I will have a go at some of those (have got loads so can try several things), - I didn't know you could use them like ordinary cookers, I'm guessing if you do jelly you have to let the pulp drip through a muslin cloth as with blackberry jelly?

I need to pick them quickly before the squirrels nab them all
