Freezing biscuits?

I am planning to make the 101 biscuits recipe from MN this week, but want to freeze some of them - so would I freeze them before baking? ie do the mixture, put the rounds onto baking paper and then freeze them ready to pull out and bake later? If so, do I allow to defrost fully before baking or add to the baking time and do from frozen?

TIA :)

I've frozen cookie dough before then defrosted and shaped before baking. Never tried it from shaped cookies.

Perfect thank you :) I am going to take the chance and shape them, can't really see why it would make any diff and means I get biscuits more quickly when I get them out of the freezer Grin
