OK DS (4 year old) has his first packed lunch tomorrow. What do you think of his lunch?

Cheese sandwich on brown bread (one slice of bread, his choice to have brown)

Orange cut into boat shapes (his request)

Apple juice

Yoghurt

Half bag of Wotsits (can't give whole bag as he'll eat nothing else)

I never send crisps but put in something like a mini pack of jammy dodgers. DD always has a 2 slice sandwich (ham normally), a yoghurt drink, some fruit and the biscuit thing. She takes a bottle of water to school with her so I dont put an extra drink in her lunch bag as she doesnt drink it/leaves most of it.

I'm going to alternate the 'treat' between biscuits/cakes/crisps and chocolate buttons on a friday.

I don't think he'd eat a 2 slice sandwich, he normally eats half.

Mine Doesn't Do Sandwiches Grin . So I do
pot of pom bears (1/3 bag)
pot of grapes/fruit
pot of rice or cous cous salad
yoghurt (petit filous or similar)
water

If it's a longer day they take snacks so a banana or a couple of plain biscuits.

Pretty much the same all the time Grin. But she eats every scrap. She's nearly 4.
Yours sounds OK, similar amounts to mine.

One small cheese sandwich, half a banana, 1/2 bag of crisps (Goodies), Freddo chocolate bar, 1 pack of fresh fruit juice and bottle of water. Usually she leaves half of the crisps and half of the chocolate and half of the juice. Some days I put a biscuit instead of the chocolate.
