not long

if you want to mash it you'll want to do it for at least 15-20 minutes

MmeLindt · 21/09/2010 16:52

LOL at Cornsilk's helpful message.

I thought you were boiling A Swede, which is surely not allowed under the Geneva Convention.

HooNose · 21/09/2010 16:52

Less than that I would say. 10 mins?

ethelina · 21/09/2010 16:52

swede is the work of the devil and must never be boiled. It should be shoved into the darkest recesses of the vegetable rack and thrown away with the uneaten sprouts...

ShinyAndNew · 21/09/2010 16:53

Grin @ cornsilk. I find around 20 mins is enough.

Pioneer · 21/09/2010 16:54

Ok so somewhere between not long and 20 minutes Grin.

FWIW ethelina I love sprouts!
