Looking for useful tips for feeding a 7 yr old who won't eat much meat and is over eggs?

Hi, DD won't regularly eat the same meals as the rest of us. Won't eat steak, pork, roast lamb, beef etc. She will eat lamb chops, bacon, sausages and occasionally chicken wings, all of which are getting boring.

I abhor the idea of giving her vitamin supplements but am starting to worry as is getting worse not better.

Any tips would be helpful.

TIA :)

How about trying kebabs. Just thread some chicken or lamb onto skewers and grill. You can marinade in olive oil, honey and soy to make it tastier.

Or she can help cook some meat on a disposable BBQ.

If she eats chicken wings, does she not eat chicken legs??

Maybe give her quorn or tofu or bean based meals instead? Some people just don't enjoy meat I think.. the texture or something.
How about fish?

We all love meat and fish here but also really enjoy chickpea curries and bean stews. Loads of protein in that and good for you too Grin
