Hi,

Just wondered if anyone else has done this and if so, should I maybe use plain choc to counter the sweetness? Not sure it would work the same...

I would think that it would be far too sweet. But then I don't have a very sweet tooth.

wow, what an amazing idea.... I would think so, yes... but you're right nice plain dark choc would be better than milk choc I think, please let me know how it goes!!

Smash09 · 20/09/2010 12:24

They have turned out YUMMY! Just melted plain choc and a tiny bit of butter, and then stirred in the crunchy nuts. Recommended - I think my girls will be enjoying some for dessert later Smile

I'm going to try this, have plain choc and crunchynuts in storecupboard!

PomPotty · 20/09/2010 22:49

Could I have started a trend? Grin Family loved them, proper little epiphany that was.

RECIPE PLEASE :)

Smash09 · 21/09/2010 07:52

Not an exact recipe I'm afraid - I basically melted a 250g bar of plain choccy, with 2 tbs of butter, then stirred in enough cereal to make a decent mix Smile Maybe about 5 mugfuls? x
