My neighbour has just given me a pile of peaches, pears, figs and grapes. I need to use them all up in the next 24 hours or they will go off.

Anybody got any good recipes?

I was thinking of pear cake, and peach shortbread, but I'm not sure what to do with the figs and grapes.

Cut a cross in the figs, and bake in the oven with either goats' cheese or feta put in the cross.

Peaches also can be baked in the oven in halves wrapped in foil with a little sugar added to make the juices run.

Pears - could make pear upsidedown cake.

Grapes - if not too many, have them in a salad with walnuts, cheese - halved with brie in a sandwich
