I have beetroot, celeriac, butternut squash and marrow all just out of the ground to roast tonight.
Do I peel the beetroot first?
Is it best to par boil the beetroot and/or the celeriac?
I would think I need to give the marrow about 1/2 an hour, the butternut squash 45 mins but not sure bout the other 2.
Can anyone enlighten me?
