..got the family over today, so making pavlova with egg whites I have left over from yesterday.
However, I have 6 egg whites. The pavlova only needs 3 egg whites, so what shall I do with the other 3 egg whites???
I know I could make extra meringue, and it keeps well, but I don't have suitable containers to keep it for the next couple of weeks... Also, I just won't have use for that much meringue in the immediate future. If is there, the kids will just want to eat it, and I don't tend to give them that much sweet stuff during the week.
Any ideas, gratefully received.
