Got potatoes, got chicken, what to cook?

I've got a big bag of Maris Piper potatoes and a pack of chicken breasts that I need to use up tonight.

Bored of my own cooking.

Any suggestions of what to cook? Can't be too spicy, as cooking for fussy kids and an old man with a sensitive tummy.

Any tried and tested suggestions? Thanking you!

Pan fry chicken, make a cream sauce and add cheese or mushrooms to taste.

Make potato croquettes or diced roast potatoes.

Serve with broccoli, peas or a handful of rocket.

Cook the chicken
Cook a head of broccoli
Open a tin of condensed cream of chicken soup - or make a chickeny sauce with cream and the juices from the chicken plus a few herbs
Cook and mash potatoes

Layer in a dish - broccoli first, then torn up strips of cooked chicken, cover in sauce then mash on top.

Dot with butter and bake for 25-30 mins at about 190C
