It's either cottage pie, spag bol or burgers (DP doesn't really like lasagne)

Inspire me!

meatballs, meatloaf er good stuff here

Keema Peas: onion, garlic, ginger then a bit of all the Indian-ish spices you have about (cumin and coriander and chili, cardamon pods, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, garam masala, salt), add mince, tin chopped tomatoes. Cook it up. Add peas and cashew nuts just before eating time. Fresh coriander on top. Rice.

It's a lot more ingredients than I usually do, but you just bung them all in the pot so it's easy!

Can't help with your recipes, but if I ever write a rap I'd like to use your title in it somewhere.

moussaka
stuffed peppers
canneloni- bit of a faff tho
fajitas with mince instead of chicken- these are lovely

Tacos? Easy when you just get a taco kit and then the sour cream, salsa and guacamole, grated cheese and bit of lettuce.

Is a fave in our house.

ALso stuffed peppers/courgettes/aubergines/tomatoes - spag bol mix just make it with a bit of tomato puree rather than toinned tomaotes - spoon into hollowed out ver and sprinkle with cheese and back in the oven.

Or make up the spag bol and mix with pasta and cheese and then cheese on top and bake in oven for a quick difference.

Or a minced beef pie, gravy, onions, mince and top with puff pastry, can add more veg, mushrooms, carrots etc.

Ooh, a pie! What a fab idea

Not sure the pastry will defrost in time though. Definitely will do this another time though!

Thanks all for these suggestions, has given me scope for change Grin

Cook the mince with onions, tinned tomatoes, beef stock cubs, lots of sliced carrots and a good slug of Worcestershire sauce. Serve potatoes, mash or boiled, or on toast.

Has no-one suggested a chilli?
