i put some in the fridge yesterday to defrost for today but since then and now we seem to have incured a mamouth amount of leftovers wich need to be used tonight. Will the salmon be ok to use tomorrow or do i have to eat it tonight? it was frozen well within the use by date and has only been in the freezer a week, if that makes any difference
