Has anyone used this low-GL sugar alternative? I recently forked out over £10 for a kilo bag, thinking it would last ages as I am the only one using it and use very little at a time, only to find it is literally disappearing (alright, settling, which amounts to the same...)
Does anyone have similar experiences or use something different that doesn't do this?
