I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right type of icing, there are so many different ones and I'm getting confused. I need to make some nipples for some boob cakes for a LLL meeting. Is royal icing the best thing? I don't want to use marzipan in case anyone is allergic. I'm going to ice the cakes with normal icing and then put the nipples on top.
I'm planning on making my own royal icing (using egg white powder) because I need such a small amount. Should I just save myself the trouble and buy it or is it easy to do?
