Frozen meals and reusing

I've made a few things and frozen them:

Curry sauce, spag sauce, cheese sauce.

Now when I want to use them can I just chuck the frozen cubes in with the stuff in the saucepan or am I meant to defrost first in the fridge/microwave?

As long as theres no meat in them you should be able to just chuck them in frozen. Anything with meat in should of course be defrosted properly first.

Does that include cooked meat?

Apols am a veggie but cook meat for DS and DH so wouldn't want to poison them...

Yes. Cooked or raw meat should always be defrosted first. Microwave is fine unless its poultry when it should be defrosted in the fridge. Make sure its piping hot before serving and dont refreeze it once its unfrozen.
