Delia's Happy Christmas is the latest version - I was given it last year and really like it, but I do prefer Nigella's Christmas. Her turkey in brine is great...

Got Delia's old Xmas book and its pretty good - always know things are going to turn out well. MIL has Mary Berry's Christmas Collection which is good too and her recipes are similarly reliable and tasty.

I've got every Christmas cook book going and the one I use most is the original Delia one. Got all the traditional recipes you need and they are reliable recipes. Nigella is good for something a bit different but I prefer the Xmas section of Feast to her Christmas book.

My favourite Christmas Book is Sarah Raven's Christmas Food and Flowers - have made loads from it, but I still make Delia's Christmas Cake which is available online.

Thank you for the replies ; plenty of food for thought {excuse the pun!}
