urgent! please help!

Risotto gone sludgy... it mush, too much liquid, been cooking forever, still not drying out... what can i do???

You can grate a parsnip or a potato into it to thicken it up. Or if you have some couscous, add that. Cornflour or arrowroot might work as well, if you have either of those.

I'd try a strainer then cook some more ??

not saying it'll work, but I'd try it

ooh.. too late.... it won't dry out as you probably now know - the rice will go mushier and mushier....

Still tastes nice though

Fry it with mashed potato to make rissoles, or mix it with vegetable/tomato soup (from a can).
