I completely forgot I had bought kippers - yes I know they smell but they were well-wrapped and honestly didn't!
I have to use them tonight, was going to have chicken, veg and oven chips, the oven is already on and I can't use the grill.
Can I put the kippers in the oven? I've always grilled them before. The oven is at Gas 7 for the chips, I'm thinking the kippers will need 15 mins or so? They'd normally be grilled for about that long.
Help! My dinner is on hold!
