can you freeze roast potatoes??

I have cooked too many for ds2. I will put some in the fridge for tomorrow. Can I freeze the rest? :) Tia.

I don't think you can once they are cooked, not sure, but I half roast them, freeze them on a tray, and then transfer to a freezer bag. Then when I want them I pop them frozen into the hot oil and cook for remainder of time and until crispy.

Has always worked for me.

Not sure how fully cooked pots would be though.

Experiment!

hehe! I did wonder how long it would be before someone said that! They didn't look that nice tbh. Not too crispy. They were done in a bit of a rush.
