Anyone suggest a toddler friendly recipe? thanks

you can bread them so they are like chicken nuggets/pork schnitzel.
You dip in egg and then a dry mixture - homemade breadcrumbs, bit of cornflour, parmesan cheese, I add some peppper and a tiny, tiny pinch of salt and some smoked paprika. You could experiment with different herbs or omit the parmesan.
Bake in oven or pan fry.
