Got this recipe from essentials magazine and it went down really well in my house:
Indian Spiced Mince with rosti topping
1tbsp oil
1 onion diced
2 cloves garllic chooped
2tbsp madras curry paste
1/2tsp mixed spice
500g beef mince
1tbsp mango chutney
400gtin chopped tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2tbsp fresh corriander
450g frozen potato rostis

Heat oven to gas6, fry onion, garlic in oil for 3 mins, add curry paste, mixed spice and beef and cook for 5 mins, stirring. Stir in chutney, toms and bay leaf, simmer for 10min.

Pour into ovenproof dish and top with rostis, overlapping. Bake for 25-30min.

Cook pasta as per instructions. Meanwhile dry fry bacon and crushed garlic (to taste) then when cooked pour on drained pasta and mix together and serve. You can add peas, broccoli or sweetcorn to the mixture as well to help with the 5 a day Grin

Sorry that should read chopped bacon.

Oh! and to make it even more decadent add cream to the bacon/garlic/veg mix and cook for 5 mins before pouring onto pasta.
