Sausage Casserole or Baked Bean Lasagne??

I can't decide.........

lol MTS - that would be nice - but we had bangers and mash at the start of the week - and I need to make the sausages and beans last over two meals

well I did the sausage casserole

Baked Bean Lasagne is one that Rickman told me a few weeks back - which has become a hit in our house!

"Fry an onion, add tin baked beans, tin tomatoes, herbs, mushrooms. Layer up in a dish with lasagne. Top with pot of cottage cheese mixed with a bit of natural yoghurt or mayonnaise and sprinkle some grated cheese on the top. Cook until pasta is soft.

I've added other bits and pieces that I might have laying around just to use things up - peppers, sausages etc, whatever you fancy.

The topping is lovely. Really tasty."
