Can you tell me why a Magimix food processor is going to be so much better than my cheap ken wood?

I have a Magimix but unsure where the Kenwood would be any different. You can compare the power, weight, capacity on-line. My Magi has three bowls inside each other. However there is no variable power buttons which is a bit strange I think.

The quality of the tools, strength of bowls, ease of replacement is worth looking into to.

Its not great for cake making as you cant get air into it but I still make great cakes and also fail to make egg whites firm.

Sometimes its simply the motor quality - the things you cant see which makes the difference.
