Vegetarian slow cooker recipes?

Thinking about getting one, but we rarely eat meat- what else can I make in it?

I have ratatouille in mine right now!

Veg chilli
Veg curry
Many different soups/veg caseroles
Rice pudding (lovely)

Thanks, good ideas.
Basically anything you cook in a pot then? (on the stove, or in the oven)
