Two burgeoning apples trees here and have made an apple and blackberry crumble, cooked sliced apple with cinnamon and sultanas and an apple cake so far.
They are eaters so don't dissolve that much on cooking. I have a big tomato glut too so am doing a big tomato chutney tomorrow, so probably don't want apple or apple and tomato chutney.
Any ideas please? Do have a little freezer space.
