I made a fantastic chocolate and raspberry pudding with it.

I understand you put it in a kir royale (don't get through a lot of that, funnily enough).

What else???

We make a raspeberry bomb and add crem de cassis in with the raspberry juice.

I also put it in mini black forest gateux cupcakes.

Ooooh I like the sound of both of those. If you get two minutes, do link to the receipes.

Raspberry bomb is a tana ramsey recipe

Basically - box of frozen raspberries. Put through sieve. I add creme de Cassis to taste.

In another bowl mix meringues and 300ml tub of cream. Stir in half of raspberry mixture to make a ripple effect. Freeze in 1ltr bowl for 4 hours.

Turn out and pour over remaining sauce.

Will hunt for link.

Pour it on vanilla ice cream.

Or raspberry ice cream. or chocolate ice cream.

My mum soaks fruits of the forest and sponge fingers in it in it, then a mascarpone and cream topping for a quick an tasty trifle!

I sometimes put a dribble in my fruit salad syrup.

But mostly I just use it for kir vin blanc which I can justify a lot more often than the sparkling version.
