i really like beef overcooked

and cannot understand why people eating raw red meat

I prefer it pink

Shall we agree to differ? Or do have to have a great big fight about it?

I prefer it to be only just cooked. Red and almost raw

Although, if you're going to overcook your beef, it's okay if it's steeped in gravy, that way it's still tender and juicy

I do think some people who like their beef rare are rather snobbish about it and look down on people who like it well done. I like it rare, by the way. Does that make me an inverted snob?

Oh yes over cooked falling apart in gravy is nice too

MIL cooks hers so you'd never know it had lived, it resembles old leather, woudl you liek some next time I go?

You can overcook so it still tastes nice though. I prefer mine pink, but my dad likes it well-done, so my mum wraps it in foil to keep the juices in, then serves it with lots of gravy.

i like mine black and blue, very scrummy, in fact im dribbling at the thought.
