Physalis... please inspire me

I have hundreds of physalis

i mean a flower pot of the size that you would plant a small tree FULL of them...

i have no idea what to do with them, except eat them raw.

any ideas of what i can do with them?

I am making a cheesecake tomorrow and planning on putting some on top, but that will only be a small handful, and i will still have loads left!

Puree and make into lollies.
Sorbet.

I find they are generally decorative and/or dipped in chocolate.

Put them in an honesty box by the front gate. I'd buy 'em!
