Probably yum - would depend on the jam. Also, am not a huge fan of victoria sponge with cocoa added to make it chocolatey - I would add some v finely grated carrot too, to avoid it being dry.

honestly, the kids eat anything I bake and I am sure it will be fine. I am known for renaming recipes....
