Spitting out food!

My ten month old has started to spit out anything I give him he is even spitting out food which were his favourite before please tell me this is a faze he is going through help?

Oh yes, it's almost certainly a phase - called "Oooh look, I can get a reaction from Mummy!"

Does he finger-feed yet? If so, then just leave suitable foods in front of him and let him get on with it. If he throws food or spits it out, then don't react. Be boring, say something like "Food belongs on the late" and put it on the plate, without any emotional reaction. If he continues to be obviously uninterested, then end the meal, clean him up and take him away from it. He'll soon learn.

Have started to try him on finger food he really enjoys it he will have finger food for tea thanks for the advise preetycandles
