Help! My chicken korma is ready 6 hours early

I've cooked a chicken korma for this evening. Should I let it cool down and re-heat it later? Or should I stick it in the slow cooker on "low" for the afternoon? I'm not used to being ahead of schedule.

Just let it cool down and reheat later.

It'll be nicer anyway after the flavour have had time to meld together.

Yes curry is always better on a reheat

Yes - agree curries taste loads better if they've 'rested' for a bit. Just heat it up thoroughly later and it'll be lovely.

Mmm yes it will be yummier for cooling down and then getting heated again. Same applies to spag bol, chilli, casseroles - anything like that.

Thank you! I'll do exactly that.
