I'm in recovery and kept some toast down. I'm a little hungry - what should I eat?

Stewed apple - according to my gp there's something that helps bind what you eat and ahem slow it down, without bunging you up.

Also boiled rice, despite it being a good source of gastro.

I had it in my early twenties. I ate Frosties only for a week :)

I had c-diff once and found that Danish pastries were brilliant for building myself up - they're really carby and energy giving (and delish!)

Jam on toast, peeled apple, bananas, rice with some salt and pepper, boiled sweets, broth, all safe foods! Probs best avoid very fatty, spicy, tomatoey, or dairy foods :-) And not too much fibre!
