Had it with salad last night, got loads left - any suggestions???

Cut into fine strips,mix with some creme fraiche,lemon juice and fresh dill and fold through hot pasta.

Cut into small pieces and mix it in with scrambled egg served on hot buttered toast. Mmmmmmmmm

like Kayleigh, but soak smoked salmon in milk for 10 mins first. Then beat some eggs and mix. Melt some butter in shallow pan. Add the mix and stir (cook your scrambled eggs). Just as it finished add a dollop of butter.

Wholemeal bread, creme faiche, squeeze of lemon and smoked slamon strips - great sarnie.
