i NEED a fantastic recipe for coffe and wallnut cake. Its dfil birthday tommorrow i promissed him one and i dont have a recipe. can someone help needs to be really tasty (in order to show up dsil iynwim)

Standard sponge recipe, flavoured with either Camp coffee essence (if it still exists) or a couple of tbsp of instant dissolved in water, with chopped walnuts in the cake. Sandwich with coffee butter icing.

Is there anything on the bbc.co.uk site? or, all.recipes.com (you can change the us measures for metric)
