Bought a morsel tin (?) - what can I make in it?

It's this mini morsel tin. I bought it for making lots of mini muffins for a wedding (and it works for that) but looking for interesting ideas of stuff I could make in it.
I'm vegetarian - so no meat and fish please! Smile

Can I use jusrol pastry and just go for it??

yes you can, and if you roll balls of pastry you can fill with anything, sweet or savory they work just as well!

Make cheesy pastry and fill it with buttery leeks and mushrooms with a tiny bit of cream ( can also add tarragon/ garlic/ squish of lemon)
Or brie, tomato and spinach.

Or turn it over and make puff pastry tartlets on the reverse and fill with lemon curd when cooked and cooled.

MmmmmMMMMMM!
OK, so DH is out to get jusrol pastry (and other stuff too!) and I got an off-mumsnet Shock tip to put a rolo in each one. So easy even I can make that...

Actually, I'm a big fan of yorkshire puddings with pretend gravy! Grin

Will report back on the Rolo dessert later tonight.
