Chicken breast wrapped in parma ham

We are having this for dinner tonight and I don't think I've made it before.

I've bashed the breasts out a little, very cathartic btw, and spread a layer of a soft cheese, garlic and some herbs over it before wrapping in the ham.

I plan to cook it in the oven for around 30-40 minutes but it's dawned on me I'm not sure whether to cover with foil or not.

Any advice please.

i tend to do this with bacon and i wrap to start with and then take foil off about half way through - normally takes about 25 - 30 mins though

Bit late now but I would do it without foil.

I so something similar (but with pesto under the parma ham and on top of peppers, onions and mushrooms for roasted veg). And then roast that at 200C for 30mins... without foil.
