Re freezing?

I took sausages and 2 packets of ready type mashed potatoes out of the freezer last night and now no one is going to be in tonight!Can I refreeze the potatoes?I am going to cook the sausages and freeze them but the m and s potatoes I'm not sure?

erm... you probably can't re-freeze them - I don't actually know about potatoes themselves, but the butter and milk that will be in the mash will not be happy about being frozen, defrosted and refrozen. Sausages will be fine to be frozen once cooked.

Does it say anything on the packet about refreezing?

You can cook the sausages and freeze them, but not the potatoes. Can you cook them and leave them in the fridge?
