I don't actually know what wheat fiber is! This is a recipe from my sister, which is into all natural things... I have done this recipe many times, and justomit it with no harm. Should have deleted before posting! Sorry!

I don't salt them either. Nigella's feta and aubergine thing is lovely, hang on, they're delicious and they're here . Gosh, had never heard of the aubergine/wind connection either!
