Just bought some from our new butcher, what should I do with them??

(please not red wine, beans etc .. don't want to use alcohol)

dust with flour
brown in oil
put in casserole with stock and whatever (onions, tomatoes, garlic, herbs very nice)
cook in oven for at least an hour until they have gone all melty

You could roast them but i do prefer them cooked in a tomatoe spicy sauce with lots of veg then sevred with green beans and a chunk of french bread.

Yum yum having that for dinner tomorrow.
