Random - Gino D'Campo Macaroni Cheese

Saw Gino do this on This Morning a while ago, to much hilarity. It's meant to be the best macaroni cheese recipe EVER and having never made mac and cheese before I wondered if anyone had tried it and what your thoughts were.

I make macaroni cheese as a regular stand-by.

Make bechamel sauce

Add grated cheese to taste, along with dash of Worcester Sauce and pinch Colemans mustard & pepper.

Add to cooked macaroni.

Tip into ovenproof dish, cover in more grated cheese and another dribble of Worcester Sauce, grill till toasty.

I can't believe this was the subject of a cookery demonstration on a national TV programme. It's basic cooking!

He did it the Italian way though, that was the point! So no bechemel sauce. He did it with eggs rather like you'd do a carbonara. It's tasty!
