brisket in freezer from feb

hi there found the above buried in freezer is it likely to be ok to eat ? in soup or sumthing

It will be fine, maybe a bit dry but as long as its a proper freezer it'll be ok.

thanks just it was 4 quid so its an awful waste and is from a lovely butchers :) it teaches me that i should check freezer instead of goina and buying new stuff, i suppose once its defrosted i will know better too, i wonder does brisket have a funny smell? lol

i am strange about meat

I'm careful about meat, but if its been in the freezer it won't have gone off (assuming no power cuts etc!). The texture may be less good, or it might be a bit dry, but it will be perfectly safe to eat. Do a pot-roast with it, then it will be lovely!
