Veggy Picnic ideas

We're going to a Teddy Bears picnic on Wednesday & I'm after some easy & preferably cheapish ideas, for a vegetarian one year old. Any suggestions?

egg sandwiches
veggie sausages
fruit
chunks of veg, eg carrot sticks
pasta salad

We had a veggie picnic recently. Did sandwiches - egg mayo, cheese&cucumber and peanut butter&jam (DD's fave!), then veggie sausages, cheese&onion rolls (look like sausage rolls, ours were Tesco brand), veg sticks with dips, fruit & mini homemade muffins, yum! Obviously ours was for a lot of people, you probably won't need quite that much food! :)
