I have some garlic bread slices in my freezer i bought fresh - they are tesco cheese and garlic. Anyhow i went to take them out thinking i could cook from frozen but it doesnt say you can so i thought id perhaps micr defrost or take outnow to troff later tonight myself. Anyway it says in bold Defrost in a refrigarator for at least 8 hrs. In bold!! Is there some special reason - is this to stop me killing myself?

Well, I'm not dead yet! Grin

I'd leave them out on the work top, separate as soon as possible and I'm sure they will be defrosted really soon.

Probably :o

But no I wouldn't have thought so. Its only bread and garlic so cooking from frozen would be ok perhaps if you cooked it for about ten extra minutes.

Not as dangerous as something like chicken etc.

my thoughts exactly - will do that so i can be greedy tonight Grin
