Puddings for a one year old

I've always given my DS puddings of only fruit or yoghurt, but I'd like to start giving him something more exciting now and then. I don't really eat puddings, except the chocolate variety, so I haven't got a clue what to try. Any ideas? I'm not averse to cooking, so recipes are welcome too.

Fruit tarts- apple or just bake a base and top with berries. Easy to make. Tarte tatin is delicious.

Yoghurt cake.
Crepes/pancakes

I have to admit to making molleaux au chocolat from time to time and giving some to DD.

They all sound great - what's in them?

Seriously, never eat or make puddings - have no idea how I'd go about cooking these. Help please!

I'll post some of my recipes tomorrow, it's almost 2am where I am. They are all very simple.

Stewed fruit (apples, apples/blackberries, rhubarb) and custard.

Or DS's favourite - banana custard. Slice banana, add custard, warm in microwave. Yum!

There's an Annabel Karmel recipe that DS still really likes too. Slice a banana, fry in a little butter, add a splash of orange juice and some cinnamon, fry a bit more. Serve with plain yoghurt/ice cream/custard.
