Freezing omlettes

Can you freeze omlettes? I'm thinking spanish omlette/tortilla types.

Quiche can be frozen which have eggs in...

Well you can buy frozen ones so I suppose you must be able to.

Yes but leave it defrost in the fridge, that is what I do and so far everyone had been fine HTH

I know champagne, tis a sad, sad world. I'm not entirely sure why since it must take less time to make one than to defrost and reheat but hey ho.
